My Story
Welcome to Triple Bay Made — Grain. Gloss. Grace.
I’m Jessica Bullwinkle — a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, co-host of the Women’s Mental Health Podcast, and the hands behind every piece you see here.
By day, I sit with women navigating ADHD, anxiety, postpartum mood disorders, identity shifts, and the invisible weight so many carry. Holding that space is sacred work. It’s also tender work.
Triple Bay Made began as my way of exhaling.
Working with wood and resin became the counterbalance — something tactile, grounding, and steady. Where therapy asks me to hold stories, wood and resin ask me to trust process. Where emotions move invisibly, grain and gloss make movement visible.
Form follows feeling.
That’s true in therapy. It’s true here, too.
Why “Made”?
Because this isn’t mass-produced décor.
It’s made — slowly. Intentionally. Deliberately different.
Each board, tray, and piece of functional art begins with natural wood — imperfect, expressive, alive with history. Resin flows where it wants to flow. I guide it, but I don’t force it. There’s a lesson in that.
You’ll find Triple Bay Made pieces in my therapy office as grounding tools and quiet anchors. They’re meant to be used — passed across tables, held in steady hands, woven into daily ritual.
Art isn’t just what hangs on walls.
It’s how you bring intention into the everyday.
The Personal Side
I’m married to a disabled Navy veteran, bonus mom to an Air Force veteran, and mom to a teenage daughter who brings as much discipline to Color Guard as she does sparkle. If you’ve ever watched flags move in rhythm under stadium lights, you understand — there’s something powerful about precision and flow living side by side. I love that she embodies both.
Our home is delightfully, authentically neurodivergent — which means creativity, big feelings, deep conversations, and a healthy respect for good boundaries.
We also share our space with two loyal dogs and one incredible ADA disability dog who reminds us daily that strength can look quiet, steady, and fiercely devoted.
My husband is the chef in our house and you will find me in the triple bays making.
Triple Bay Made is where mental health, creativity, and craftsmanship meet. It’s where I process, create, and offer something tangible back to the world.
Let’s bring nature, creativity, and calm into your space.
One piece at a time.
