Most orders ship within 2-3 days of the order being placed. A tracking number will be sent when your order ships. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up. All orders ship using either USPS or UPS Ground based on the size of the item. Shipping is currently only available within the USA. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us and there may be additional charges for shipping.
Pick up orders are available for people who live in the Boise, Idaho area. Please e-mail us to make arrangements.

Congratulations on adding a unique wood and resin piece to your collection.
How to care for and maintain your resin and wood piece:
Clean with warm water and soap or a natural wood cleaner, avoiding immersion in water.
Spot-refinish, rehydrate, and fix any minor scratches with non-woven grey and white hand pads and Happy Wood Butter.
Use the grey pad to lightly sand out the scratches.
Use the white pad to apply a small amount of Happy Wood Butter and buff it into the art piece.
After buffing in the Happy Wood Butter, use a clean, soft cloth to remove any excess.
And that's it! By following these steps and using Happy Wood Butter, you'll be able to properly care for your unique wood and resin art piece.
